Kairros supports Australia’s most isolated and in need communities through our unique Regional Rehabilitation Service.

To support equitable recovery for all, 41% of our consultants are located in regional and remote areas, providing broad service reach and accessibility to clients, helping to bridge the gap in healthcare and improve everyone’s outcomes.

Kairros’ unique service model meets the needs of Australia’s diverse workforce, embracing diversity and offering unique rehabilitation services, such as our in-house Kairros Interpreting Service (KIS) and suite of Diverse Recoveries services, to ensure an equitable recovery for all.

Our adaptability and hands-on approach

Through this approach we’re able to overcome rapidly and collaboratively the challenges faced by rural and remote clients and customers in relation to access. Our rural team can access the most remote regions and we welcome the opportunity to discuss managing an effective travel schedule with all customers. In addition, our staff are all dual-trained for same and new employer services to ensure coverage and continuity of services, alongside our specialised assessment formats.

We have a dedicated rural team that are highly experienced, with an average tenure of 8.5 years, with extensive clinical and industry experience to provide best-practice services. Our rural team also includes a rural-based management team and industry award winning consultants.

Brittany Bates, Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, in our regional team, won the Outstanding Achievement in RTW Award – Psychological Claim, at the ARPA state NSW Excellence in Workplace Rehabilitation Awards 2023.

Brittany was recognised as a true champion in driving Kairros’ purpose of ensuring equitable recovery for all, through her focus on bridging the gap of poor access to healthcare in regional towns, her commitment to improving mental health outcomes, paired with her innovative strategies to empower rural clients to rebuild their lives within their communities.
