Return to work services –
new employer

Our return to work, new employer services are tailored to support the unique needs of each individual, to enable the individual to return to meaningful work again.

We understand it’s not always possible for employees to return to their pre-injury employer and as experts in culturally diverse rehabilitation, we are knowledgeable in the risks and barriers that can further affect diverse individuals in achieving a sustainable and successful return to work, in what can be an already challenging time.

Our highly trained Rehabilitation Consultants work closely with all parties, to develop effective return to work plans that benefit from the unique, culturally responsive support services in our diverse recoveries service model.
