Computer-based work can have a significant impact on health, including predisposition to overuse injuries such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Ergonomic adjustment of a workstation can therefore significantly reduce the risk and impact of injury.

Education will focus on the following:

- How to recognise signs and symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders relevant to the type of work conducted in the office space
- Reporting processes for risk factors and musculoskeletal disorders
- How to adjust ergonomic furnishings
- The process for employees to request ergonomic furnishings
- Appropriate posture and form
Kairros will also provide each staff member with an Ergonomic Education pack, which will information on all topics discussed.

Just a massive thank you for the cultural impacts on recovery and RTW session today. I certainly got a lot out of it and looking at the amount of engagement from everyone, I am sure the team did too. We could have easily made the session go for 1.5-2hrs!"
Customer
Our Kairros consultant was a fantastic trainer and overall received an exceptional response from our staff who participated in our manual handling training. From the moment we scheduled our course, the team at Kairros were really helpful and willing to go above and beyond. As a result of our successful training sessions, we’ve applied the Kairros safe, stretching exercise guide for all staff to refer to across our club outlets. We would definitely recommend appointing Kairros for all your work, health and safety related training needs. "
