We’re proud to have received the 2026 Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association (ARPA) WA State Award for Innovation in Return to Work for our Diverse Recoveries Service.
Since our founding over 30 years ago, we set out on a purpose to help achieve equitable recovery for all.
Our Diverse Recoveries Service brings this purpose to life by addressing the cultural and communication barriers that can impact recovery for culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) workers. Supported by extensive research and culturally responsive best practice, the service is achieving better outcomes and above-industry return to work rates for CALD workers.
Built on four foundational pillars, evidence-based practice, effective communication, empathy and equality, the model provides a culturally responsive approach to rehabilitation that supports meaningful engagement and promotes equitable recovery.
This recognition celebrates the innovation behind Diverse Recoveries, as well as the dedication of our team in championing our purpose and the trust of our customers in helping their clients access the tailored support they need to recover, return to work and thrive.
