Lucinda joined Kairros in 2023 as a Rehabilitation Consultant, bringing experience from her Social Work background in Out of Home Care services and later working clinically in the rehabilitation ward of her local hospital.

Lucinda takes a strengths-based approach to her work, focusing on empowering clients to achieve their own goals. She enjoys the problem-solving side of occupational rehabilitation, particularly collaborating with stakeholders to develop strategies that support positive recovery outcomes.

Outside of work, Lucinda is an on-call firefighter in her local community. She also enjoys playing social football — but is just as happy relaxing on the couch with her husband and two French Bulldogs, watching a good movie.
