Helen's Transcript
My name is Helen Standing, my job role at Kairros is a Professional Support Assistant. I am basically there to help support and assist the Case Managers whether that be checking files, entering in referrals, booking appointments for them.There is plenty of opportunity to grow in the role and to make it something of my own. I am in my element that I am organising people and just making sure that their work days are running a lot smoother and they are a little bit more organised.
Compared to a lot of other businesses that I have worked in I just think Kairros wins hands down they're just such a friendly bunch of people, we all get along really really well. In the office we do try and organise and celebrate people's good news whether it be engagements, birthdays any excuse really!We do have a team building day coming up which is going to be a lot of fun, there's been a lot of secrets about it, not a lot of people know what's going on so its sort of adding to the mystery of the day which is going to be a great team bonding day followed by lunch so that should be good fun for everyone.
