Ella's Transcript
My name's Ella Davis, I'm an Occupational Therapist, Rehabilitation Consultant. I work with the same employer services. I've actually been here for 1 year, I did my clinical placement for my university and loved it so much I begged them to let me stay on. The thing I like about Kairros is that we've got enough support and structure in the team environment but also flexibility to do our own thing and try out what we've learnt and new ideas.
I had a Carpenter form worker who had chopped off the end of his finger they hadn't got a really good prognosis for him but they were able to get his medical intervention back to a stage that I could get him progressing gradually back to work and he's back as a Carpenter two months before anyone expected and so he's happy and I'm happy.
